KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Plastering Tutor (Trainee or Qualified)Location: Thetford - Centre basedSalary: up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience)Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + moreType: Full Time, PermanentDuties: * Teach/assess learners working towards a vocational qualification in Plastering. * Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. * Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours * Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews. * Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression. * Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.Criteria: * Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification. * Must hold solid, occupational experience of employment within Plastering. * Hold a level 2 as a minimum within Plastering. * Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners - or providing on-the-job training within the workplace. * Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents. * Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. * Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.Please note:KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
