Technical Project Manager

We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Project Manager ensuring that technology focused projects and workstreams are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality. This role puts you at the centre of a growing technology platform enabling buyer/supplier relationships driving an ethical Supply Chain.
This role is home-based, with occasional requirement to come either into our office in Abingdon, or travel into London for meetings. International travel may be required from time to time.
You will have proven experience (at least 5 years) of delivering complex software development, platform enhancement and platform and data migration projects across a centralised global SaaS platform, within a B2B SaaS business, and working directly with Product and Technology teams. You will have in-depth knowledge and experience of the Technology project lifecycle, agile software development projects and delivery methodologies – ideally NEXUS SCRUM Methodology. You will have a recognised qualification and/or significant experience of project management tools and methodologies.
We are looking for applicants with energy and flexibility to work with remote multidisciplinary teams, across different time zones and bring together diverse cultures. You will need to be able to positively influence and motivate others, be super organised and cope effectively with rapid change or increased demands.
Core Responsibilities of this role include:
PROJECT DELIVERY: Managing the end-to-end delivery of Technology projects from initial Inception through Scoping, Business Requirements, Design, Development, QA, Release and Delivery/Warranty phases.
AGILE WORKING: Ensuring all projects are delivered to the agreed processes and procedures, operating within the Agile development framework for most development projects. Playing an effective role within the Technology Management team, delivering clear and concise communications and coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members to take proactive action and accountability.
