Job DescriptionWe currently have an excellent opportunity to join the Engine Overhaul Services (EOS) Off-wing Operations as an NDT Level 3 Process Owner.As the Business NDT Level 3 Process Owner you will be providing technical support to NDT Level 2 technicians and operational team whilst developing maintain and continuously improve NDT processes and/or methods capable of meeting business and customer requirements for safety quality cost deliver rate and lead time (SQCD).Key AccountabilitiesHSE - Ensure that manufacturing processes are in full compliance to Health Safety & Environmental Standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm programme.Product Safety - Ensure that manufacturing processes can achieve and sustaining the design intent and that processes are followed so that our products and those of our suppliers conform to their specification. Rigorously raise investigate and resolve safety related issues.Quality - Drive a culture of zero defects within the organisation. Works with all functions to reduce risk and drive product Right First Time. Ensure compliance to all relevant company legislative and technical policies and standards including RRMS SABRe and Export Control and Intellectual Property requirements.Continuous Improvement - Review component manufacturing sequencing for adequacy. Ensuring the appropriate tests are conducted throughout the manufacturing cycle based on the processes used.Minimum standards - Working with the Manufacturing Engineering Commodity Leaders and Manufacturing Process Owners drive manufacturing processes towards identified consistent best practice.Technical Authority Maintain technical control of NDT activities in accordance with the requirements of the controlling procedures and customer specification.
