Production OperativeOur Client are a leading manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcing products and services. Due to the business growth they are looking for a number of Manufacturing Operatives to join their expanding team.Production Operative - Main duties are as follows: * You will be working in a busy reinforcement fabrication and prefabrication facility in Woodville. * Operating fabrication machines and prefabrication machines (training is provided). * Operating overhead cranes and pendant cranes. * Operating steel threading machines, cutting and bending steel.Production Operative - Additional details: * Shifts are 07:00am-05:00pm Monday to Friday + overtime available regularly. * Further development opportunities with pay grading structure depending on experience. Suitable candidates will be offered MIG welding training. * Long-term work with permanent roles after 12 weeks. * Vacancies are available across a number of departments.Production Operative - Benefits: * Shifts are 07:00am-0500pm Monday to Friday + overtime available regularly. * Pay rates increase over a 12-week period: * £12.50 p/h 1-5 weeks * £13.25 p/h 6-9 weeks * £14.00 p/h 10-12 weeks * £15.00 p/h once permanent after 12 weeks * Overtime paid at 1.25x (Mon-Fri) and 1.5x rate (Sat) * Overtime is availableIf you are interested, please apply online or contact (phone number removed).Linkster are Recruitment Specialists based in Ashby De La Zouch covering the West and East Midlands area across the great historic cities of Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.
