Join Our Team as a Workday Absence Consultant at Apax.Tech


Are you an experienced Workday Absence Consultant looking for an exciting new opportunity?


Apax.Tech are expanding our team to meet the demands of our growing practice. We invite applications from Partner-Certified Workday Absence Consultants who have experience in end-to-end implementation projects.


Position: Workday Absence Consultant

Location: Remote (with occasional client site visits as projects require)

Location Preference: United Kingdom / Poland / Netherlands / South Africa

Requirements:

  • Workday Partner Certification in Workday Absence (any additional certifications would be considered an asset).
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting end-to-end deployment projects at a Workday Partner.
  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring Workday functionalities in Workday Absence.
  • Strong understanding of client requirements and the ability to translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage in end-to-end Workday implementations, configurations, and optimisations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation as necessary.
