Due to our continued growth, we currently looking for experienced Class 2 drivers to join our team covering the York area days or night shifts. Truck parking location is in Sutton upon Derwent Hours of work will be 50 hours, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for overtime and weekend work paid at competitive rates. What will you be doing? Operating one of our many specialist vehicles at customer sites/areas collecting various waste streams from locations throughout the York area. Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily in accordance with company policy. Complying with all traffic laws and legislation. Exceeding our customers expectations. What are we looking for? Class C (Cat C) Driving qualification 1 year Road Sweeping experience is essential Valid Blue CSCS Card is required Up to date DCPC Digital Tacho Card A can-do attitude A team player Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £40,976.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Schedule: 10 hour shift Night shift Day Shift Experience: Driving: 1 year (required) License/Certification: Blue CSCS (Required) Driver CPC (preferred) Category C License (required)TPBN1_UKTJ
