Dinas Powys, United Kingdom The Bracken Trust Full time

Charity Fundraiser – Full Time or Part Time 30hours per week | £28,000 per annum (pro rata)

Our fundraiser has a pivotal role at the Trust as we are an organization that depends on donations. We rely on the fundraiser to use their communication skills to make compelling cases to potential donors about why our organization deserves their support. For example, organizing special events, creating public relations materials, or writing a pitch/proposal to potential corporate or major donors.

With three years plus experience, you will be an expert at building relationships and exploring new fundraising opportunities whilst maintaining relationships with existing donors. You will know how to organise, plan and host events and how to raise awareness and funds for the Trust.

We are looking for someone who can display a passion for the cause they are fundraising for and who can inspire others and drive their efforts forward. This role will give you the autonomy to express your creative style and your fundraising ideas. You will be a key member of the management team and enjoy being a team member and mentoring a team-based approach.
