About the Role As a Specialist Behavioural Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils develop self-regulation, confidence, and resilience. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure consistent support. About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional needs (experience in SEMH or PRU settings is desirable).
