A leading global defence, security and Aerospace Company has an exciting new role for a Wargame Designer. They are seeking keen gamer who can design Wargames for an analytical purpose, understand the interplay of rule set, scenario, adjudication and participant behaviour and can articulate the view of ‘future best practice’ in wargaming

As a Wargame designer you will join them on a part-time or full-time basis. You will be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment; focused, methodical yet creative; a systems thinker able to challenge and to support a view. Familiarity with ‘Defence’ and academic research will be well-regarded.

As a full-timer, you can expect to be involved in other projects in customer-facing teams depending upon your research and analysis skill-set:

• Operational Research & Analysis

• Computational Modelling & Simulation

• Data Insights & Dashboards

• Social Science Research

• Concept & Capability Assessment

• Process & Value Stream Mapping

• Business Case Development

Wherever your skills lie, you will be able to:

• Engage people, build relationships and ‘be credible’ with senior stakeholders.

• Communicate with accuracy, brevity and clarity; in person and in writing.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must have an existing right to live and work in the UK

• Must have current or be able to clear Security Clearance.
