Role OverviewWe are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our teamYou will be responsible for preparing documenting and disbursing payroll checks payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.You will evaluate current systems recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements and monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee benefit payments.You will prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures including tax payments and benefit plan disbursements etcYou will ideally be able to work 2 days per week from our Stapeley office however we will consider fully remote in the UK for the right personYou WillHave developed expertise in a variety of work processes developed through job-related training/considerable on-the-job experienceTypically act as a lead coordinating the work of others but not a supervisorWork autonomously within established procedures and practicesHave developed breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes procedures and systems or acts as the technical expert in an areaUse knowledge of how related teams impact achievement of objectivesServe as lead for the team may allocate work; provides subject matter guidance to more junior team memberImpact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the teamRequirementsPayroll processing and legislation experience for EMEAHigh proficiency in Excel with ability to analyze dataP11D processing experience (UK) preferredExperience with shadow payrolls for Expat managementKnowledge of EMEA/Russia payroll processing (for UK/EMEA based) preferredBenefits administration experience preferredBusiness OverviewGenusis an agricultural biotechnology pioneer.
