We are currently seeking a diligent Reception Teacher to join a lovely school in Wolverhampton West Midlands from January. Reception Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students social and emotional development
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Assess and monitor students progress providing regular feedback to students parents and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of students achievements and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues ensuring a strong partnership between home and school
Reception Teacher requirements:
- QTS EYTS PGCE and strong academic record
- Bachelors degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students parents and colleagues
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students learning and development
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
