Electrical Contracts ManagerOur client, a reputable electrical contractor is looking to recruit an Electrical Contracts Manager due to continued success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a progressive and successful business.Suitable applicants will have worked in a Electrical Contracts Manager role previously and have extensive experience delivering electrical packages on developments within the commercial sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering projects ranging in value from £50k to £1.5m. Typical projects/ sectors cover Royal Palaces/ households/ Parliament/ English Heritage/ Church of EnglandResponsibilitiesEstimating/TenderingPlan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and qualityManage overall project delivery from inception to practical completionManage H&S to the highest standard, monitor and report any incidentsResponsible for project costs and variation accountsManage labour levels and material deliveries in accordance with site schedules and build programmes.Weekly visits to client sites to monitor quality of installation, view and discuss build programmes and any variations or VO'sRequirementsMinimum of 4 years experience in a similar rollExcellent organisational skillsGood IT skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Applications will be shortlisted quickly and interviews organised ASAP for the suitable candidates. There is an immediate start available for the right candidate and this is a permanent position paying £55k - £75k depending on previous experience and skill set/ work vehicle/ package negotiable.
