Description Salary 12.60 Per hour Permanent 7.5 hours per week (Term Time) Heyhouses CofE Primary School Lytham International Sponsorship this role isnotopento international sponsorshipCatering AssistantLancashire County Council provide catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire serving over 60000 school meals per day and we are looking for committedindividuals to join the service.You will work as part of a team at Heyhouses Primary School Providing high quality healthy balanced meals for school children.Key responsibilities vary between job roles:Prepare the dining area for service including the moving and setting up of furniture and putting away.Assist in the preparation cooking and serving of food and beverages.Clean all equipment and catering areas.What we are looking for:Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.Good customer care skillsPrevious catering and food preparation experience is essential.Attention to detail essential.Working Hours/Days:Monday to FridayTerm time onlycleaning days per year above contracted hours7.50 Hours per week equalling 2.5hrs per day Monday to Friday over the lunchtime period. 12-1.30pm Monday to Friday.In return Lancashire County Council offers a range of benefits which can be found on LCC Vacancies website.We reserve the right to close down a vacancy early before the closing date if we receive sufficient applications.The post you are applying for is covered by theRehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).
