The Role:

As the General Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing all operations, driving revenue, and ensuring the highest standards in customer satisfaction. Youll be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with operational precision. Reporting to senior leadership, youll manage a dynamic team, foster a positive work culture, and uphold the values of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless guest experience.
  • Financial Acumen: Drive profitability by managing budgets, optimizing costs, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, creating a collaborative environment that motivates and empowers staff.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, addressing guest feedback, and maintaining an atmosphere of excellence.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, upholding the restaurants standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to implement growth strategies, brand initiatives, and special events.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leader with a track record of inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
  • Financial Savvy: Excellent understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
  • Passion for Hospitality: Enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences and continuously improving.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop staff at all levels.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and remain focused on achieving targets.
