Due to their ambitious, international growth plans our client have recognised the need to bring in an established merchandising leader. This is to make sure the business can continue their excellent trajectory whilst also making sure the wider merchandising team have someone who can lead by example and continue their development. Key Responsibilities* Take full control of managing our stock files in all global locations to support our expansion of distribution centres.* Accurate stock control, making sure the business is OTIF, in the right distribution centre. You will do this by leveraging insights from sales performance analysis by category and territory.* Manage stock levels based on weekly sales and intake, with a focus on keeping core products consistently available.* Lead the end-of-life stock strategy in collaboration with Operations and Quality Control teams to prevent excess stock buildup.* Collaborate with the Executive Team to shape business strategy and drive growth.* Partner with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the business optimises sales performance by category and territory, aligning purchasing plans with the CEO.* Responsible for category budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.* Lead a strong Merchandising team * Manage Wholesale accounts effectively.This is a rare opportunity in the current market.
