Your new roleAs the Assistant Head Teacher, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with the Head Teacher to drive the strategic vision of the ;

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing a team of dedicated teachers and support staff
  • Overseeing curriculum development and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
  • Implementing school policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Monitoring and evaluating student progress and implementing strategies to support student achievement
  • Engaging with parents, carers, and the wider community to build strong partnerships
  • Contributing to the overall leadership and management of the school, including staff development and performance management

What you’ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven track record of successful teaching experience
  • Experience in a leadership role within a secondary school setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • A passion for education and a drive to make a positive impact on the lives of young people
