Community Engagement Officer

I am working with a leading property developer who are looking for a dynamic Community Engagement Officer to join their Northamptonshire team. This is a development at a crucial stage so this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the community.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a community engagement plan for the site
  • Produce regular communications and updates across various platforms
  • Coordinate community projects and organise events
  • Work with project teams to collate feedback and data for future engagement plans


Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of community engagement in development and placemaking
  • Able to produce engagement for a range of platforms
  • Demonstrable experience organising and managing engagement events
  • Full driving license is desirable


This role offers £30-34k, generous bonus scheme and long-term incentive plan with the opportunity for excellent career development within an established, supportive team.
