We have a fantastic opportunity for an Immigration Paralegal to join a thriving and busy department, to assist and learn from an experienced team of Solicitors situated 30 minutes from Birmingham City Centre.Our client, a Legal 500-ranked firm, is looking for a hard-working, organized and highly motivated individual to assist the highly rated department with an existing and constantly expanding caseload.The successful candidate will be able to:
  • Draft and review legal documents
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests for additional information
  • Prepare and submit visa applications with the appropriate government agencies
  • Research and review immigration laws and regulations
  • Organize case files and maintain the firms case management system
  • Attend client meetings, take instructions and assist with client intake
