Role Description

Eco Energy Rating Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Manchester, United Kingdom. The Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in our daily operations, handling a variety of tasks including mechanical engineering, solar heating system design and implementation, solar system installations, and battery installation. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in renewable energy technologies and a passion for sustainable solutions.


Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills
  • Experience with solar heating system design
  • Project Management experience
  • Research and Development (R&D) skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the energy efficiency or microgrid industry is a plus
