Description

  • Developing and executing category procurement strategie across facilities management.
  • Global remit.
  • Managing supplier relationships and performance.
  • Delivering cost savings and value through strategic sourcing activities.
  • Leading negotiations with suppliers on contracts and agreements.
  • Monitoring market trends and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify procurement needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Profile

A successful Senior Category Buyer - Facilities Management should have:

  • Experience with facilities management procurement
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
  • Understanding of contract law and terms of agreement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
