Chilli No. 5 is a new & fresh cult spicy condiments company doing things right. We have a range of delicious & freshly made world hot sauces, chilli oils, spicy flakes and spices for sale in the UK and Internationally. Our chefs use the best natural ingredients, superfoods and antioxidants sourced from local farms here and in Italy to make the most healthy chilli sauces possible to elevate your food at home. We mostly use glass and paper as reusable and recycled packaging to protect our planet as well. All our products are design pieces and should be an easy sell to retailers, restaurants, and hotels. At only 3-years old we have already made the shelves in Harrods, Fortnums, and Harvey Nichols in the UK and some great stores in Europe and the USA. We have won 25 Great Taste Awards with most of our products being awarded. We now have gained several strong investors and have all our ducks in a row, including mailing lists, documents, virtual stores, trade websites, CRM systems, trade show space and marketing automation...the only missing element is YOU.

How Can You Help Elevate The Condiments Industry

Ketchup and Mayo in plastic packets will be no more, and we are here to change all that with delicious award-winning healthy sauce. We just need YOU to spread the word. This is a full-time F&B Sales Manager role with large responsibility and a hybrid work arrangement - located in London or anywhere in the UK, with an open book to sell in our sauces to gifting shops, health food shops, supermarkets, speciality stores, hamper companies, restaurants, pizza places, hotels...anywhere that sells or gives away sauces/oils. As F&B Sales Manager you will help to start a revolution and will be responsible for managing and growing our sales and distribution channels in the UK market, helping people get to our delicious sauces. You will manage relationships with key accounts, identify new opportunities, and develop and execute strategic sales plans with full support from our kitchen and chefs and management in London. As a F&B Sales Manager, you will be passionate about the food industry and willing to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will love healthy food and nutritional ingredients and have a track record in the industry with a healthy book of grocery and condiments buyers.


What We Will Provide

You will provide the energy, know-how, CONTACTS, a car, a computer, and a phone. We will give you the most delicious and best-looking sauce to sell in and all the support, documents, mailing lists, show stand space software, and know-how you require. We are offering a very healthy commission plus a basic deal. You will be rewarded heavily for getting solid retail deals and managing the sales within these stores or passing them on to the distributors.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage sales
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including key players, trends, and distribution channels
  • A great BOOK with Grocery/Condiment Buyers at Top Retailers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficiency in HUBSPOT, Google and CRM software
  • Have Car, Computer & Phone
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, and client visits
