Location

Alconbury - Travel to the other regional offices is encouraged and at times there would be requirement for business travel (costs of business travel covered by the Company)


The Role

The role covers Urban&Civic’s existing strategic land site at Alconbury Weald and would be within the existing Project Management team working on the development consisting of Associate Director of Project Management, Project Manager and Graduate Project Manager. A relevant industry relate degree would be good to have but we are open to al applicants with a minimum of 5 years experience. for this role you will need to hold a valid UK driving license.


It involves ensuring work streams are planned, procured, delivered, and reported in line with the broader business plans. As such, the position plays a key role working across project management and wider development teams, supporting, and directing the significant investment and commitment Urban&Civic continues to make.


The role also includes specific Health & Safety liabilities in ensuring Urban&Civic’s role as duty holder under the current CDM Regulations is discharged.
