If you’re ready to be part of a collaborative team and shape the future of process automation, we want to hear from youWhat You’ll DoAs a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers across the South of England. Your day-to-day will include:Commissioning, calibrating, and repairing a wide range of electronic and mechanical process control instrumentation onsite.Working across diverse industries within our customer base.Coordinating with Service Coordinators to ensure you have the right tools, spares, and paperwork for every job.Building strong relationships with customers—communicating clearly before, during, and after each visit.Adhering to site safety rules and industry best practices, including risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.Providing timely, accurate job reports and supporting other departments as needed.What We’re Looking ForONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Control—or a recognised apprenticeship in these fields.At least 2 years’ experience in Process Control.Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.Flexible, organised, and an excellent communicator.Full UK driving licence.Why Join Us?Be part of a secure, international, family-owned company at the forefront of measurement instrumentation.Company car (hybrid option) or car allowance.Performance-based pay and annual bonus.Outstanding training facilities and personal development plans.Family-friendly social events throughout the year.Flexible working arrangements.Excellent pension scheme.Ready to take your career to the next level?
