 Catch22 is looking for a dedicated and innovative Teacher to join our Cloud22 Online School. You will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 1316 with complex and additional needs helping them re-engage in education and achieve their full potential.As a Teacher you will plan deliver and manage high-quality learning programmes tailored to individual students both online and in person. Youll create engaging and inclusive lessons track progress and provide meaningful feedback to ensure each learner achieves positive outcomes. You will produce and maintain Schemes of Work and ensure your teaching meets both academic and pastoral needs supporting the personal development of every student.In this role you will also take responsibility for classroom behaviour and contribute to the wider school community by working collaboratively with colleagues support staff parents and external agencies. Youll act as a role model championing Catch22s values of compassion collaboration and empowerment while creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who thrives on seeing young people grow in confidence achieve success and develop skills for life. Qualifications : A recognised higher-level qualification and significant teaching experienceWillingness to work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) if not already heldStrong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management strategiesKnowledge of safeguarding equality and health and safety requirementsProven experience of teaching young people with complex needs and challenging behaviourExcellent communication organisational and ICT skillsFlexible resilient and creative approach to teaching and learningDesirable:Degree in a relevant subjectExperience working in alternative education or with learners with social emotional and mental health (SEMH) needsAdditional Information : Those interested in applying for this opportunity should review the Job Information Pack to find out more. When applying please be cautious over the answers you provide.
