What you’ll be doing:Supporting two young adults on a 1:1 basis with their own home.Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.Personal care support is required.Shift patterns include days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.Who you are:Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressureQuick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.Who we are:We are a national provider of health, social, and education services with over 35 years of experience.
