Description
The successful CRM Specialist will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing CRM strategies to promote customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analysing customer data to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaign strategies.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and making necessary adjustments.
Profile
The successful CRM Specialist should have the following expertise:
- Proven experience in a CRM role with exceptional stakeholder management experience.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
