Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)

Day Rate: £600 - £700 Inside IR35


The Role:


La Fosse are happy to announce that they are partnered with a leading Insurance provider in the UK, in their search or an Agile Delivery Lead. The Agile Delivery Lead will play a crucial role within the IT Services team, overseeing the daily activities of squads that drive critical infrastructure services for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coach a multidisciplinary squad, reinforcing Agile principles to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks using tools like JIRA, supporting teams in backlog management and driving progress.
  • Actively resolve impediments and dependencies, escalating as needed to ensure project timelines remain on track.
  • Take charge of end-to-end project delivery, including financial management and resource allocation.
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with stakeholders across various levels of the organization, both in person and in writing.


What They’re Looking For:


  • Skilled Agile leader with at least 3 years in IT or infrastructure functions.
  • Strong background in infrastructure systems and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional Agile teams and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with cloud or platform engineering environments is a plus.
  • Experience in engineering, project management, or Agile project delivery is essential.
  • Excellent communicator with strong facilitation skills and the ability to drive team autonomy and accountability.
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with platform services, cloud, or infrastructure engineering is advantageous.
