Location: UK-based with fully flexible remote working.Why this roleThis isnt a feature factory. Youll be solving real customer problems through discovery insight and experimentation taking ownership of outcomes rather than just delivery.Youll act as a strategic product partner to clients often in a fractional Product Lead capacity helping them define and realise their product vision.Your focus will be strategy and long-term direction setting goals aligning teams and stakeholders and ensuring every decision drives measurable user and commercial impact.Youll play a key role in one of our flagship engagements where product leadership and vision are critical while also supporting other clients where your strategic product thinking can make a difference.Youll collaborate closely with Design and User Research making informed evidence-based decisions grounded in real customer insight.Youll have the autonomy to lead with trust and clarity supported by a coaching-led manager who helps you grow as a product leader.What youll leadUpon joining youll join a small senior team working on a product that is live growing fast and used by users every day.Youll guide discovery craft strategy and define the roadmap balancing hands-on product input with higher-level thinking about scale vision and commercial growth.Beyond that youll contribute to other client accounts where experienced product leadership is needed.
