TV Consultant

3Vision is a leading specialist content consultancy based in the UK. We have helped our clients build successful TV businesses in over 30 countries worldwide. We offer a range of services including Strategy Development, Content Acquisition, Research and Business Development. We also provide the unique online databases monitoring where and TV shows and movies are sold around the world.

We are planning to significantly grow the business over the next 3 years and we are looking for an Analyst to join the team to help drive this expansion.

Our analysts have a wide range of responsibilities

• Work on consultancy projects covering research, strategy and content acquisition. Activities will be diverse and wide ranging including, desk research, analysis of data, report and presentation preparation, business modelling, liaising with clients and negotiating with content providers
• Work on business development projects where we help our clients accelerate the growth of their businesses
• Gather data for our services tracking the TV sector and help produce insights and reports
• Over time you will move on to managing consultancy projects

People we’re looking for will

• Have a good degree – minimum 2.1 ideally in a business or science discipline and good A Levels
• Ideally have 1-2 years work experience in a commercial, marketing or market research role although we are happy to consider recent graduates
• Be commercially aware and self starters able to work under pressure
• Have an active interest in the TV industry and be passionate about developing a career in this sector
• Be highly numerate and have good attention to detail
• Have good computer skills (ideally Apple) including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau and VBA would be a plus

In addition you will make contacts at many major TV and telecommunications companies around the world and are likely to have the opportunity to travel abroad.

Previous analysts have gone on to work at leading companies like Sky, BT, Cisco and Warner Bros. Discovery.
