Dictate IT is a member of the Clanwilliam UK division. Due to our ambitious growth plans, we now have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our primary care team in the UK. We are looking for a qualified Account Manager, who has experience in the healthcare section, particularly primary care.

The Account Manager will be primarily focused on new business acquisition, hitting monthly and yearly target. However, there is an element of account management to the role focusing on retention and contract renewals.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to contract signature. Marketing support will be provided to assist with prospecting and lead generation.

Key Duties:

· Generating leads and cold calling potential customers.

· Sales meetings/demonstrations/presentations with potential and existing customers.

· Planning and implementing sales plans to achieve growth and customer expansion.

· Sales forecasting.

· Comprehensive understanding of company offerings and customer needs.

· Working with Marketing on sales campaigns and follow up opportunities.

· Attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

· Maintaining and updating CRM database.

· Tracking the market and competitive landscape.

Required:

· 3+ years’ experience of sales and/or account management, with successful track record.

· Keen business acumen.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Positive, flexible person responsible for achieving ambitious results.

· A full drivers licence.

· Ability to travel (UK).

Preferred:

· Experience in Primary Care sector.

· Experience in selling to healthcare customers.

· Experience in selling software / SAAS solutions.
