Job Description

As an Immigration Analyst at City Legal Solicitors, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients and supporting the firm's operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking client instructions over the phone and in person, drafting correspondence, statements, and documents.
• Conducting case reviews and providing cost updates, while also vetting new enquiries.
• Preparing relevant documentation and client care correspondence, including printing letters, emails, and documents, ready for distribution.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with external institutions and organizations.
• Managing your diary and adhering to firm procedures using our case management system and office IT systems to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conducting legal research to keep yourself and the firm updated with changes in immigration law.
• Attending clients, taking instructions, and managing cases from start to finish.
• Utilizing Legal Practice Management and CRM Software to effectively manage case files and new enquiries.
• Contributing to the company's website, blog, and social media platforms to reflect changes in legislation and key developments in Immigration law.
• Preparing essential documents, such as Initial Consultation notes, Client Care letters, Representative's cover letter, File Closure Letters, and Advice letters.

Eligibility:

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelors/Masters in Law or equivalent (Essential).
• Prior experience in handling immigration cases and sponsor licence matters (Preferred).
• Strong ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and problem-solve within the legal framework.
