We are seeking a CAD Technician to join our expanding on-site UK team for a major and prestigious scientific and pharmaceutical giant based in Cambridge.


The role requires knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit and the ability to convert this knowledge and experience into customer focused based solutions. The role requires significant contact with other FM partner suppliers and project organisations. The CAD Technician will provide a professional, consistent and reliable asset information management service to record, manage and provide information in the most efficient and effective way.


As the CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating and editing the clients' modelled information, employing the appropriate CAD software. You will ensure that all new/modified information is transmitted to the appropriate Common Data Environment (CDE) and visible to the end user. You will also be responsible for surveying when required to validate existing/newly acquired information and creating content that adheres to the company standards.
