THE COMPANY: A prominent British manufacturer within healthcare technology, recognized for a specialised portfolio in nurse call and critical alarm systems. This company's market-leading status is based on a longstanding commitment to quality and innovation in acute care environments. Well-deserved growth means that a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Internal Sales Representative to manage and develop their accounts, based in their Wolverhampton office.
THE ROLE: This Internal Sales Representative will manage and develop clinical and commercial relationships across the UK, with a focus on, service maintenance renewals as well as up- selling orders. Collaborating with an Account Manager, you'll drive engagement and adoption of critical alarm systems by working closely with a wide array of stakeholders, from estates managers to procurement heads. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in telesales, making high volumes of calls and a desire to succeed in sales, especially within premium product markets in healthcare. Additionally, you will; Identify and target expiring maintenance contracts, offering renewals, upgrades, or conversions to ensure client retention and continued business; Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth handover of leads, assist in developing strategies for targeting key sectors, and provide valuable insights from customer interactions. Full product training will be provided and career development to progress into a full account management role, with ~50% of the current team coming from internal roles.
THE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, making high volumes of calls and a desire to succeed in sales. Candidates with experience in healthcare are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Package for Internal Sales Rep:
- Basic: up to £30,000 DOE
- OTE: £10,000 OTE
