WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO


DIGITAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

You’ll own and lead the rebrand and rebuild of our LMS, transforming it into a standout hub for L&D that aligns with our ambitions.

From managing supplier relationships to keeping the platform running seamlessly, you’ll ensure our digital tools deliver maximum impact.

Collaborating with the Head of People Development, you’ll shape an innovative digital learning approach, train content owners, and create an engaging, future-focused learning experience that inspires our people


CONTENT CREATION AND DESIGN

Create captivating, brand-aligned e-learning from scratch, crafting binge-worthy content with clear objectives and impactful design

Manage projects effectively to deliver on time and elevate our digital learning experience


LEARNING PHILOSOPHY

Align digital learning with our core philosophies, ensuring synergy with face-to-face offerings.

Champion our L&D ambitions by delivering impactful solutions through our "Good, Better, Best" framework, breaking down barriers of time and location


TRENDS MONITORING

Stay ahead of online learning trends, weaving them into our digital strategy in a way that feels authentically us—never “just because”


DATA & ANALYTICS

Define and track performance metrics to measure the impact of our digital learning, using data-driven insights to refine and elevate our strategy


L&D MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Lead the People Development Team’s internal comms, crafting compelling stories that showcase our impact and support

Collaborate across teams to build a best practice learning comms community that truly connects with colleagues


CULTURE & INCLUSIVITY Live our values, shape our culture, and drive innovation to embed diversity and inclusivity into our digital learning.

Support key People priorities, empowering champions to maximise the impact of our tools and digital space

  5. You’re an excellent communicator and natural storyteller with a passion for learning
  6. You’re always on top of the latest digital learning trends and know how to apply them authentically
  7. You’re skilled at translating brand vision into compelling L&D content with a focus on marketing and communication
  8. You’re a reliable project manager with strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver on promises
  9. You’re detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  10. You’re analytical, using learning metrics to assess and improve content effectiveness
  11. You’re experienced in creating multimedia content, including videos, for digital learning
