This is an excellent opportunity to join a sought after new group with an exceptional collection of homes and an innovative approach.The role has come about due to internal promotion and the group are seeking an experienced deputy manager who can work as part of the leadership team to commission and develop an outstanding home.RequirementsProven track record of success in a Deputy Manager roleL5 Management or equivalent qualification desirableAttention to detail and commitment to exceptional resident experienceAbility to network and develop effective working relationshipsExperience of leading and motivating a cohesive staff teamConfident IT user, with good working knowledge of Word and Excel ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in the day to day running of the homePromote the home and their services within the local areaRecruitment, Induction, training and mentoring the staff teamEnsuring the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needsWorking with the GM to ensure the commercial success of the home, delivering to budget and working with the sales manager to achieve occupancy targe3tsEnsure that systems are used effectively to monitor the quality of service provision Motivate and manage staff team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines RemunerationSalary offered £60,000 per annum plus benefitsExcellent training and career development opportunities across a growing group Please contact Julie Estall at Bright Selection Ltd for more information
