Are you an experienced Artwork Administrator who is familiar and confident in working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and has a natural creative flair and would like to work for a well-established company based in Leigh? Your main function will be to produce highly accurate visuals for customers and jobs bags for the Print room, supporting the overall business and department. You will be rewarded with a company that supports staff, working with household names and client base, supported in personal growth with career progression, ongoing training, fantastic supportive colleagues. Hours 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch. Salary is £24,000 rising to £25,000 Following successful probation period. Immediate starts are available.
Artwork Administrator Duties:
- Receiving artwork from customers to create templates.
- Working with templates to amend, manipulate customer designs and create visuals.
- Amending visuals/artwork to meet customer specifications.
- Emailing changes and amendments to other members of the team as required.
- Create visuals on Adobe Illustrator and occasionally Photoshop.
- Updating customers regarding any changes of delivery date on internal bespoke systems.
- Liaising with internal and external printers.
- Printing visuals and films used to create the visual.
- General administration.
Artwork Administrator Requirements:
- Must be confident using Adobe Illustrator and able to use Photoshop is required.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, however, training will be given.
- Confident communicator on the phone and via email.
- Good at multitasking, have a high attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work.
- Strong IT skillset with Microsoft Office packages inclusive of Word, Excel and Outlook.
