SALARY: £50K - £55K per annum

Job Description


The focus of this role will be to directly advance our purpose of building great leaders by deeply embedding a leadership development culture across the business. You will support the creating, deployment and facilitation of leadership initiatives


Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of both general and Chubb specific leadership concepts.
  • Partner with the UKI HR Team on the identification, planning and deployment of proactive leadership strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Facilitation of leadership workshops to employees in all levels across the business
  • Focus on continually transforming the leadership capabilities of all employees across the organization
  • Partner with country leaders as a trusted advisor concerning leadership development matters.
  • Ensure on-going two-way communication and feedback in the management of assigned projects and programs
  • Encourage the uptake of our e-learning initiatives through our LMS
  • Promote and deepen understanding of our Building Great Leaders purpose at all layers of the organisation


What we would like you to bring to the role:


  • BS/BA in HR, Business, Psychology, a related field or an alternative industry recognised qualification such as CIPD
  • Previous experience in an L&D role (Talent/HR would also be considered)
  • Leadership Development/ Coaching experience would be considered as advantageous
  • Facilitation skills that engage and inspire
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level
  • Ability to be agile, adapt to changing business landscapes and embrace change.
  • Results focused, willing to ‘go the extra mile’ ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Great planning skills to allow you to manage a variety of tasks with the support of a broad range of IT skills
  • Experience with Workday (or another LMS) and LinkedIn Learning would also be beneficial
