If youre our ideal M&E Executive, you will:

  • Be yourself
  • Produce proposals for all M&E enquiries in line with customer requests
  • Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities
  • Work closely with operational teams across your cluster of hotels to ensure we capture every detail
  • Gather feedback from clients we love repeat business
  • Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering first-class customer service
  • Work with the Meetings and Events Office Manager to help deliver Targets & KPIs
  • Support with Team training & Development
  • Lead and support the team in the absence of the office manager
  • Continue to help provide a fun, supportive and engaging environment for all the team
  • Support with other office and business requirements to help grow, develop and support the department and hotel by delivering successful event with positive feedback and grow revenue targets and clientele
  • Support the office manager and attend departmental meetings when the office manager is unavailable
  • Ensuring that all enquiries and data and entered in to the system with in the time scale along with correct information as per company standards
