Main Responsibilities as a Sales Consultant

  • Customer Support: Providing guidance to customers on inquiries, product details, and helping them make informed purchase decisions.
  • Sales Goals: Driving sales and promoting products or services to achieve or surpass targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Expertise: Staying informed about the features, benefits, and updates of the products or services.
  • Additional Sales Opportunities: Recognising chances to cross-sell or upsell complementary products or services.


Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Essential: Proven experience in consultative sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and diligent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Energetic, optimistic, and enthusiastic.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Prior experience in sales within a self-storage company is required.
