They are backed by a well-known investment firm and this offers the perfect combination of a dynamic, fast paced, highly rewarding environment with a stable and solid base.

Duties & Responsibilities - Property Underwriter:

  • Valuing and assessing risk for residential property
  • Working closely with customer experience and sales progression teams to ensure timelines are hit
  • Working with external partners / stakeholders
  • Using in house tools and your experience to establish initial valuation
  • Review formal offers following RICS survey
  • Present conclusions to management when seeking approval for offers
  • Update CRM to ensure customers and partners have the necessary information to understand valuation and subsequent offer
