Senior Python Developer – Hedge Fund – London

We are currently working with a Commodity hedge fund, looking to expand there trading team in London and Geneva.
They are currently seeking a Senior Python Developer, where you’ll, be developing, and maintaining our proprietary trading platforms and algorithmic trading systems.
Responsibilities:
- Developing data pipelines capable of handling high volumes of data.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust trading systems using Python and related technologies.
- Collaborate with the quantitative researchers, to implement and optimize algorithmic trading strategies, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proficient programming skills in Python.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, asyncio).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent Cloud experience in AWS.
