If youre passionate about people, process excellence, and making a real impact.... this could be the perfect next step for you Duties of Payroll Team LeaderLead end-to-end high volume payroll processingLead, coach and develop the payroll teamAct as key contact for complex payroll queries, issues and escalations Ensure statutory compliance (P11Ds, P60s, PSA, Pension Auto Enrolment, HMRC reporting, audits and 3rd party payments)Champion customer service and continuous process improvementLead cross-functional projects and system upgrades Skills & Experience:CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management or equivalent qualificationExtensive payroll experience, preferably on high volume payrolls for multiple pay groups and with proven leadership skillsPayroll systems experience, Iris Cascade HRi would be preferable but good understanding of other systems and payroll interfaces will be considered such as Oracle, Sage or iTrent
