Job Title: Drivers Mate with FLT License Location: Kettering Pay Rate: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday  (occasional overtime available) Job Description We are currently seeking a Drivers Mate with a valid FLT License to join our client’s busy logistics operation in Kettering. This role involves assisting delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customer sites, as well as operating a forklift truck within the warehouse or yard when required. Key Responsibilities Assisting drivers with multi-drop deliveries to customer sites Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently Operating a forklift truck (Counterbalance or Reach) as required Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Supporting warehouse operations when not out on deliveries Providing excellent customer service at all times Requirements Valid FLT Counterbalance or Reach License (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) Previous experience as a Drivers Mate or within a warehouse/distribution environment Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Good communication skills Benefits £12.50 – £14.00 per hour Overtime available ...
