The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to arrange decants, isolations, and other necessary logistics while also assisting the supply chain with access when required.This role will report to the Asbestos Supervisor in the operational side of the asbestos team.If this sounds like you, we would love for you to applyYour impact in the role:• Place and monitor asbestos orders and ensure the efficient delivery of asbestos works• Work with the wider organisation to achieve our goals and ensure repairs and works are completed safely and on time• Ensure compliance with the asbestos legislation, guidance and L&Q's asbestos policyWhat you'll bring:• Your experience of a workload management and ability to manage workload in a fast paced, stakeholder facing environment• Your understanding of Service Level dynamics, flow of workstream implications and performance indicators• Your high level of attention to detail for information received and instructions issued, and to communicate a high level of detail in an effective manner to both internal and external stakeholdersIf you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage during this process, including application stage, please emailAbout L&Q:We're one of the UK's leading housing associations and developers.
