This Housing Association is hiring for talented and ambitious Project Management Specialist to join their central Programme team in the East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience or a keen interest in demand management, resource planning, and project governance to play a pivotal role in driving the success of technology initiatives.

As a Project Management Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of this Housing Association’s Technology Delivery team, enabling employees to access the systems they need to provide their services. From managing resources and risks to developing best-practice tools, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic technology projects across the organisation. You’ll contribute to projects to directly enhance systems and tools across the group.


You’ll also have opportunities to grow and develop within a supportive environment, working alongside experienced professionals who will help you thrive in your role.


As Project Management Specialist you’ll play a key part in technology transformation by:

  • Providing high-quality assurance and support to programmes.
  • Developing and maintaining tools and best practices to enhance project coordination.
  • Delivering high-quality management information and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Supporting demand and resource planning to meet strategic objectives.
  • Standardising processes and fostering best practices across the Project.
  • Collaborating closely with Programme Management teams and stakeholders.
  • Offering guidance and training on PMO practices to the wider project community.


You would be an excellent fit as Project Management Specialist if you have experience in:

  • A track record of delivering services for medium to large-scale projects and programmes.
  • Demand Management & Planning
  • Project Resource Management
  • Project Governance
  • Project Reporting
  • Project Management Frameworks

Salary and job location


The salary on offer is £38,000 with some flexibility and excellent benefits. You will work hybrid in Worcester.
