As a Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the welding operations in an excellent manufacturing facility based in the Leicester area. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate welding operations to ensure production targets are metTrain and mentor welding staff to maintain high-quality standardsMonitor and enforce safety protocols to prevent workplace incidentsCollaborate with production management to optimise workflow and resource allocationMaintain accurate records of production metrics and quality control dataDrive continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and productivityPromote diversity, equality, and inclusion within the teamExperience & Qualifications:Proven experience in welding operations, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of welding techniques and equipmentFamiliarity with safety regulations and proceduresAbility to analyse data and make data-driven decisionsCommitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplaceDay-to-day:Plan and oversee daily welding production schedulesConduct regular meetings with the welding team to discuss goals and performanceAddress any technical or operational issues that arise during productionCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and cross-functional communicationProvide feedback and coaching to welding staff to support their professional developmentApply: To apply for the Welding Supervisor position, please submit an up to date CV
