Production Line Leader

Train production operatives to operate to the right standards and give regular constructive feedback to improve performance. Coordinate the day-to-day organisation of team members within your area to meet production schedules escalating relevant issues to the Production Supervisor. Complete documentation including logbooks maintenance cleaning records batch production control records and risk assessments. Take responsibility and support Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) and 5s visual management standards within designated area. Identify and complete lean six sigma improvement projects as required Promote and champion process improvements within the production area.
