The Role


As Construction Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a flagship Data Centre project. From the early stages of pre-construction through to onsite delivery, you’ll ensure every phase runs smoothly. In this highly client-facing role, your expertise and communication skills will be key to managing stakeholder relationships and leading the onsite team, including key supply chain partners.


This is a career-defining position for someone who thrives on technical challenges, with the chance to travel between the UK and Europe as part of this landmark project.


What You’ll Need to Succeed


  • A proven track record of leading technical projects.
  • Direct experience with data centre projects, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Expertise in guiding projects from the design phase all the way through to delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with both clients and teams.
  • Qualifications: HNC or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Building Services.
