The Senior Auditor is responsible for leading audit engagements, supervising junior team members, and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse client portfolio. The role involves planning, executing, and completing audits in compliance with professional standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the firms growth.Key Responsibilities:Audit Delivery:Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring audits are completed on time and within budgetReview financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, FRS 102, etc.)Identify audit risks, perform risk assessments, and design audit procedures accordinglyPrepare and review audit working papers and ensure audit evidence supports audit conclusionsLiaise with clients to obtain necessary information and provide audit findings in a clear and professional mannerTeam Leadership & Supervision:Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior auditors and traineesProvide on-the-job coaching and contribute to staff development and performance feedbackEnsure effective delegation and workload management within t...
