Job Description

As the Digital Marketing and SEO Manager (PPC Focus), you will be key in developing, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing PPC campaigns, optimising for SEO, and analysing performance data to improve ROI and inform future strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage both paid and organic channels to maximise brand exposure and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media. Continuously monitor and adjust strategies for maximum reach and ROI.
  • SEO Strategy Development: Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts, conduct keyword research, and implement best practices to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Content and Keyword Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO and PPC strategies, identifying target keywords and optimizing copy.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies in both paid and organic search spaces.
  • Budget Management: Manage PPC budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources for optimal results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC and SEO.
  • Proficiency in PPC platforms such as Google Ads and familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Certification in Google Ads or equivalent is a plus.
